Auran Industries Strengthens Sodick Customer Support with New Swedish Facility

Sodick Europe is pleased to congratulate its Swedish dealer, Auran Industries, following the opening of its new offices, showroom and customer support facility.

The new 500-square-metre facility represents an important investment in supporting manufacturers across Sweden and the wider region, providing customers with access to machine demonstrations, training, genuine spare parts and consumables from one dedicated location.

At the heart of the new showroom are three Sodick machines, giving customers the opportunity to see the capabilities, precision and performance of Sodick technology first-hand.

Rather than simply discussing applications and specifications, manufacturers can now experience the machines in operation, explore potential processes and better understand how Sodick technology could fit within their own production environments.

The facility also incorporates a comprehensive training area, strengthening Auran Industries' ability to support both new and existing Sodick users.

Training continues to play an important role in ensuring manufacturers maximise the performance, accuracy and productivity available from their equipment, particularly as EDM technology and automation continue to develop.

Alongside machine demonstrations and training, the new facility will also stock original Sodick spare parts and consumables, helping customers access the products they need while maintaining the performance and reliability of their machines.
